Oil-Flo™ is water soluble and contains no chlorinated fluorocarbons. Oil-Flo™ instantly bonds to petrochemicals, whatever they may be (sealer, asphalt, coal tar, adhesive, paint, etc.), and then bonds to oxygen molecules present in plain water.
